Our Roots

Zitra was originated as a subsidiary of the Otto Group. It was founded in 2013 to develop technology and infrastructure for the cross-border e-commerce in fashion and lifestyle industry.

Profile

Zitra operates as an investor/distributor/service provider for International brands and retailers and provides fashion management consultancy for the Chinese market. Our core mission: Scaling up international brands by offering explicit sales, marketing and fulfillment services.

Zitra is represented at four locations worldwide: China, Germany, Korea and France – always close to the client and customer.

In 2015, Zitra became joint venture between Otto Group and JD.com

Founded in Germany in 1949, today the Otto Group is operating a retail and services group with around 54,260 employees (as of February 2014).
